Went out for a 15 mile trail run with this bag over the weekend and its just great. It fit comfortably and the straps on the shoulders did not slip at all like some of my other bags. I loaded it with two 500ml soft bottles and 4 gels. Probably could squeezed a few more in if needed. In the back I had a rolled light weight rain coat, phone and small first aid kit. Great buy. Very happy.

Really lightweight vest that holds all essentials effectively. Light and airy and far more comfortable than a running belt. Fits over boobs better than other more expensive brands that I’ve tried !

I was so excited when this arrived as it was exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. However, when I tried it on it was huge, despite the size information suggesting it would easily fit me. I tried it on over multiple layers and a thick jacket (which is way more than I'd normally run in) but still no joy, and when I loaded a soft flask into the front pocket it just bounced all over the place and was about to fall out as the pack is just too loose on me. It's a real shame that you can adjust the sizing at all by cinching some straps as it's so light and seems well designed in terms of storage but as I am finding with many other 'unisex' packs, it's sized for men.
