We operate our brewery kitchen out of a permanent food truck that is behind our building in a private lot. The pager range works well over 100’ into our taproom through several walls.

An expensive system we used to love is now not working at all and is disrupting our business quite a bit. We purchased this system in late 2020 for our food truck after a more basic version from the same manufacturer stopped working.Pros: The pagers look good, especially if you put your logo in. Up until this point, we've loved them as they have great range—even into customer cars and sometimes around the block—and also have an out-of-range feature: I'm not sure exactly how it works, but we have not lost one buzzer to a customer accidentally taking it with them in two years (with the old ones we lost many). The buzzers still look good, and the pager base doesn't look worn out either. Functionality-wise we like that there are many configuration options like setting the vibration and lights but turning the sound off.Cons: We often knock over the "tower" of pagers during service. Customers complain that they can't turn the pagers off and when we're busy it's cumbersome to have to touch the pager to the base to turn it off. The manual/ instructions are difficult to understand.This first started with an intermittent problem, and I did reach out to support. Unfortunately, their reply ended up in spam and after much troubleshooting on our end, we still have no working system. Support also said we have a one-year warranty, even though the manual says: "Most new products carry a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase." This is not something we were planning to repurchase every year or two. We're disappointed and if not resolved quickly, we'll be forced to order a new system, likely from a different manufacturer.

We made the right decision to get the Retekees. TF 156 Pager system. Our food Truck customers love them. It lets them look around the event or just wait in there car. My employees don’t have too shout-out names it seams to keep them happy

I had purchased another earlier and cheaper model of this brand pager and they didn’t have the range I needed. These TD156 pagers work amazingly. There is no delay from when you call the pager to when it starts ringing. They are compact and not bulky. I purchased these from this vendor and was given excellent customer service.
