Really seems to help my arthritic knee
Lately one of my knees has been very painful and, knowing that I walk slightly crooked on that foot I thought it worth a try after reading other reviews. I find that my knee is becoming much less painful and I can go for longer walks. Hope it continues to improve!

Good for heel pain
These come as a three pack gel insoles for heels. I got them because I suffer with heel pain and need some relief with certain shoes. I was surprised to get 3 pairs. They take a bit of getting used to but they are largely comfortable. I was going to give a pair to my partner because he suffers with a ever so slightly shorter leg but I don't think these are suitable for that. They do provide some much needed pain relief though!

These were supposed to have a self adhesive backing, wouldn't stick and constantly moved during walking.
