ACT Anticavity Zero Alcohol Fluoride Mouthwash 18 fl. oz., With Accurate Dosing Cup, Mint

A friend recommended that I use ACT Anticavity, as she discovered this product in YouTube videos by a respected dentist. I have been using it once a day (nightly) for more than a year and I have not had a single cavity during this time. Prior to using ACT, my dentist identified several cavities which required several visits for fillings. Of course, I cannot "prove" that ACT was definitively responsible for the cavity-free visits to the dentist during the past year, but I have done nothing different so far as I can tell. In any case, I continue to order ACT from Amazon which I have obtained for significantly less than it costs in local drug stores. The product is inexpensive enough to try as an experiment for six months. I recommend it.

At a recent dentist visit, the dental hygienist told me that using a fluoride mouthwash at home daily was superior to only doing the gel one they'll do in office once every 6months. I told her how i just couldn't stand how harsh and disgusting mouthwash tasted, so i never really use it even if I buy a bottle of it. She gave me a great PRO TIP and told me to buy a kind with zero alcohol in it, as those weren't nearly as harsh. She was def right. Plus I like this one because its higher strength means you only have to use it 1x/day, as opposed to 2x with many other options.

This Act mouth rinse works super well, and is not nasty flavored like Listerine. No burn. It has a nice bottle feature where you squeeze the bottle to dispense some fluid in the top part, and then you can pour that amount into the cap and then into your mouth. This seems complicated, but its kinda nice. No alcohol is also good. Some people say this is not needed, its just for taste but in reality swishing with this before brushing, or after brushing and before flossing helps to remove particles of food and fine film on the teeth beneath the gum line, You can feel it moving all around, its really great. I use this every day, 2-3 times per day. I have an entire routine and my mouth health has never been better. Water pick, sonic care toothbrush, Listerine, floss, Act mouthrinse, and I even use Clo Sys. Different steps based on morning vs after lunch vs night time routine before bed, but the Act blue and green with sodium fluoride 0.05% are both great and I will continue to use them.

ok i wish ALL mouthwashes had that little cup at the top with a fill line so you dont use more than needed that is SUCH a nice addition to the bottle

I have been using this product daily for a long time now. Definitely keep cavities away and mantains a really good dental health.

People in the industry swear by this stuff. Plus it taste gGood. A solid protectant. If your kid refuses to brush, just get tbem to yake a hit of this, and in some ways your almost better off. Rotate every other day and now you areProbably is better in tbe long run!
