These are sturdy and beautiful colors! They also work well in my fine/thin hair which was a great surprise. I really wasn't sure if these would work in my hair type as many things will fall out or slide out mid day. These actually stayed in my hair and did not create a kink. It takes some practice and research but I was able to get them to stay. Recommend!

I love the colors and speckled designs! They are very pretty. They are very lightweight, so I wasn't sure how well they'd hold. The shape is interesting too, it being round near the point, but the rest of the stick is flat. Because they are so light and flat they feel like they would snap pretty easily. Despite what it feels like, these do hold my hair very well! My hair is not thick at all, and often struggle keeping clips in my hair because of it. I usually use a pencil or a pen to put my hair up and decided I wanted to try something prettier to put my hair up. When I received them, I wasn't sure how well they would work, but they do their job well. Overall, I'm very happy with them

The pastel blue and pink hairsticks looked nice and were as advertised but purple one had some pretty noticeable yellowing where it was supposed to be white or pink. Over all not bad for the price if a bit, weak. They seem that they will break if too much bending or pressure is applied so being gentle and not to rough seems to be best way to use these.

I fell in love with these as soon as I saw them. In person they are sturdy, shiney and have a nice feel to them.They're not too heavy for my very fine hair and seem like they will stand up to years of use!

When I got these hair sticks, they were beautiful with plenty of pigment in the colors. I didn't realize these were plastic but that's my fault for not researching enough. I would have probably still tried them. I have very long hair down to my hips and it's thick. Unfortunately due to my hair, I've had a few of these hair sticks bend at the bottom. A non-issue for people with shorter hair, I'm sure. For me, these missed the mark. They're usable but I can't bend them back. If your hair is similar to mine, I'd bite the bullet and buy hair sticks that aren't plastic.

They are sturdy, yet have just enough flexibility to do different hair styles. I love using these instead of hair clips most times because they are a bit more versatile. Pretty colors too! And they don’t take up as much room in your purse either.

I was a little worried thinking these wouldn’t work bc of the other reviews… but they worked! I have thick mid length hair. This was my very first time ever using hair sticks and got it the second try. My hair stayed up all day w/o budging. I would say that they are a little short, so they’re probably best for mid length hair. I might have to get longer ones once my hair gets longer later. But they’re pretty great for the price and the amount you get!
