Good but velcro wears out fast
My orthopedic doctor provide my first one to help protect my knee while on long hikes or working out. Considering that this is a product that is meant to be used fairly regularly, the outside velcro wears out very fast. The inside Velcro piece does last quite a while. I have bought a couple of replacements but now I just place a rubber band around that portion of the band to keep the small velcro piece from opening.

Knee diameter recommendations for sizes
I bought X-small size because similar item in Small was too large for my child. The x-small size is way too small for any child. It might be sized for a toddle. Unfortunately, to my surprise, this items is not eligible for return/exchange. Each knee brace is priced at $24, and 2 braces were purchased. The product might be suitable for a doll.Amazon should have warned me of return policy restrictions as it is not the norm. I would have never placed the order online if returns/exchanges were not allowed.
