Satisfying and Quality Gaming Keyboard
The SteelSeries Apex 3 is a lightweight keyboard with tactile and responsive key pressesβeach one delivering a clunky, yet satisfying feel. The keys offer a whisper-clicking feedback that allows you to unburden others with the loud clacking, but still presenting a silent-click that is satisfying. The key-caps feel solid, and the keyboard case is made of high-quality polymer with a smooth, slightly gritty texture that feels premium. And for those who enjoy their lighting aesthetics, there is a configurable SteelSeries software to create color profiles for your keyboard to your preference. The value of this when purchased was $43.99, boasting a valuable purchase for those who enjoy a bargain for a quality product.

A Great Price on an Awesome Keyboard!
The media could not be loaded. I have been a fan of Steel Series for quite a while now and this keyboard did not disappoint! The construction of this keyboard is fantastic. It has a durable metal case that feels extremely sturdy and has a very nice weight. The included wrist rest is magnetic, and the magnets are strong enough to keep it in place without worrying about knocking it off by just moving around. The keystrokes feel really nice and responsive for both gaming and general use, and overall this a very comfortable and satisfying keyboard to use on a daily basis. The RGB lights are also a very nice touch, and the Steel Series software is very easy to use and provides great customization options to get the look and feel you need. You can also use programs like SignalRGB and OpenRGB to control the lights if you prefer. For the price of this keyboard, I am pretty blown away by how good the quality is. This is an awesome all-around keyboard at a great price, and I'd definitely recommend it. I bought mine for my gaming rig and I'm seriously considering buying a second one for my workstation! π

Don't want a loud keyboard? You want this....
I have been using the same Logitech wireless keyboard for somewhere around 12 years. My 8 month old has decided that it is very fun to play with that one. So I was in the market for a much needed upgrade and replacement.PROS: The keys have good travel and are, more importantly, not crazy loud. They do have an soft click to them that is satisfying for use typing or playing games but without the click is dampened to the point that, if you wish to type quietly, this is possible by just not pressing so hard. When you are putting alittle more force into the typing, say something intense is happening in your game, they are audible and clear. The keys and wrist rest are made of a very finely textured soft touch plastic, while the body is made of harder plastic. This offers stiffer construction so the board does not flex at all under normal use, while being easy on the hands to use for extended periods of time.RGB is bright and adjustable via the SteelSeries GG application which will sync the lighting to all SteelSeries devices if you so wish to. I use a Rival 3 mouse which has an illuminated scroll wheel RGB. Colors between the two match perfectly. The media controls are very handy. By default the wheel rolls to change volume and clicks in to mute while the button acts as play/pause.Key brightness can be controlled by pressing the SteelSeries key (located to the left of the right CTRL key and then pressing F11 or F12 for down and up respectively. There are 10 levels of brightness.CONS: It does not have a wireless which is ok but is something to note. The play/pause media button is illuminated and does not change from white. To be expected at this price point the RGB is sectioned equally off to 10 vertical zones. When the backlight is not on they keys are very hard to see.Overall this keyboard checks all the boxes for an all around winner. Soft on the hands. Quality construction. Enough RGB to please everyone but the most extreme RGB heads. Media controls are quick and easy to get to.I will be sending one of these to my buddy who is in need of an upgrade also.

Great Keyboard and Great Features!
This keyboard is probably the best one I've ever had. It is built so well. It is made mostly of some sort of aluminum. It does not bend at all and it just feels very nice. I have had a keyboard that was so cheap that it bent even when I was typing normally (I don't type very hard), so this was a nice change. The metal volume dial is very high quality, and yet again, just feels well-built. There is also a little button that controls 4 things. It will pause and play your music, skip to the next song, go to the previous song, and open up menus in the OLED display. The OLED screen is very nice. It could be a little brighter, and the larger pixels make it harder to display certain things. But, what makes up for that is that with the program you can install, you can download apps that will change what the screen says. My 2 favorites are Discord and System Monitor. They RGB lighting is really nice. Each light can be its own color and with the program, you can make your own lighting configurations. The keys sound very nice. They are clicky, but too clicky. They are also easy to press, but not so easy that I could see myself accidentally pressing one. It also comes with a wrist rest. It magnetically attaches and feels very smooth and high quality. Overall this keyboard just feels very premium and super high quality. I would recommend it to someone who wants a good keyboard with some very nice features from a good brand and does not mind spending the premium cost.
