I had been taking some vitamins I purchased online on sale. I ran out and was waiting until I could get the sale price again.These vitamins sounded more complete for a multivitamin with minerals than any others I'd seen, so I decided to give them a try. What I didn't care for, and my mistake for not reading this, but I had to take 2 a day, instead of 1. I also didn't care for the smell, but I'm very picky. Most people likely may not notice that.But taking 2 a day made them a bit more expensive than I first thought, yet it was still a good value for a good basic multivitamin! They are easy to take since they are in a capsule, and I much prefer it to a hard pill!

I never really feel a difference in effects from taking vitamins so I can’t really say this is life-changing. However, it has all of the ingredients one would look for especially methyl folate which is extremely important for those that have MTHFR gene mutation.

After only a few weeks I have noticed my hair and nails are stronger. It was well balanced and I am feeling better. These are some really great vitamins. I love the energy and the way my skin looks after taking them for awhile. They don't upset my stomach like other vitamins.
