As with any supplement, hard to give an honest review since I'm unable to give a true assessment as to the veracity of it working as intended.....But...I can say that it's a huge gel cap, doesn't have a nasty after taste nor that it has upset my stomach in any way. As to results, guess time will tell.

I was having bladder issues from having an unnecessary procedure done by a specialist. He cut my bladder and caused me to have frequent urination. I was on a Rx med that had way too many side affects. The one ingredient I learned was pumpkin seeds help with this. I didn't want pumpkin seeds because most brands contain salt. So, I decided to train the pumpkin seed oil. This works wonders. I was able to get off of the Rx, and now bladder control is back to normal. No more urges to go feeling. Great brand, great product.

Does what it says I highly recommend this for joints plus male issues

I've been using this for about a month, and just ordered more. I had a UTI so I can't be sure it's helping but I think it is. It seems like I'm getting up to pee less often in the night, which is why I'm using them.The capsules are very easy to swallow, have no flavor, and don't have any unpleasant after effects. So I think this is a very good product.
