This 18" luggage surpasses my expectations. I initially ordered their 16-inch size, which was a disaster.It could not accept a 13" Mac, and the outside pocket for wallets etc., too short to accept the usual long wallet. The 18" is perfect. 13 Mac fits perfectly into the 2nd outside pocket and is very accessible when needed. The outside pocket is deeper and much more useable for wallet, passport and important travel papers. It has two rather than just one narrow zipped side pocket (unlike the 16") . The handle extends well and is solid, rolls and spins very well. It is amazingly light.It is essential for me that it fits under the plane seat. This feature is clearly stated in the product details, and I took the time to read all the reviews to confirm that in fact buyers reviews confirm that it does. Would I have liked the gold zipper from the 16"? Yes, because it makes the bag look smarter! However, not much point if one can't use for the laptop, which is essential for today's traveler. Lastly I LOVE the square main section ,making it very useable versus rollers, which taper so that the main packing space is harder to work with.

Very well made, cushioned but still sleek. IPAD and important papers along with small pouches for liquids, toiletries, chargers and cords all fit neatly into easy open topside pocket for TSA and inflight access. Using new bag for upcoming trip to Japan - it’s already packed with a couple changes of clothes and extra pair of size 12 Skechers. All set if my checked carryon-sized piece of luggage gets delayed in transit. Best part is that I expect to easily navigate the long immigration and customs entry line with my CPAP case strapped to my new Bagstar rolling underseat bag. Oh, and did I say the price was incredible?

Pros-It is a good size for under the seat. Nice easy access compartment. Cons-will not fit larger laptops. Mine is a 14 inch and I wouldn’t feel comfortable using the laptop sleeve. Not enough protection and a very tight fit. I will be putting it in the main compartment. I was a little disappointed because the description state it will fit a 15” laptop. EDIT: I flew on American and it won't fit under window seat. The inept airlines have hogged out the underseat space on larger planes with their electrical equipment for usb charging. It will fit under the middle seat. American Airlines tried to take it away from me on a small regional jet plane but I showed them how it fit the personal item size. Getting really tired of this. This bag does fit the American Airlines sizer for personal size, even when packed pretty full. United Airlines has totally reduced the dimensions for personal item. Check your airlines before you assume it will fit.

I've used an underseat roller before (a Swissgear brand one) and at that time, the most important thing was that it fit the personal item sizer for most airlines. This time, I was looking for a mini sized spinner so it would be easier to roll around the airports, small enough to (likely!) not be gate checked, AND have a spot for my work laptop.This totally fit the bill! The handle feels sturdy, the wheels roll smoothly, and either a 13-inch Macbook or a 13-inch Dell fit snugly into the laptop compartment. I'm so excited that I won't have to carry my computer on my back anymore if I don't want to! It also has a nice, sleek profile. I'm so happy with this bag!

I bought this bag to fit under my airline seat, so I did not have to lift my bag overhead. It holds much more than it looks. The only drawback is my 16" Macbook does not fit in the outer pocket. It is easy to wipe clean and the wheels are great.

It is very light but is taller than the picture of it on a suitcase with the trolley strap. I decided to try it by turning it sideways and attaching with a carabiner. I would pass on this though if you wanted to attach it to your suitcase and don't want to deal with the hassle of figuring it out. Just took this on a trip. I bought it because it has 4 wheels. I have one with two but don’t like having to drag it. It is extremely unstable. I stopped and rearranged the items inside but it did not make a difference. It would still wobble. I would NOT recommend this at all. If I want to use it, it does not work on top of a 24 inch suitcase and is unsteady so would never buy this again!! I already own a two wheel carryon that attaches to my 24 inch and doesn’t work wobble. Total waste of money!!!

I love this bag, same size as my backpack, so still get to take a Carry-on luggage also. It has a strap in the back and I can also slide it onto my Carry-on handle. Makes it so easy when boarding the plane. Also great if for some reason the airline makes up check your carry-on, as it has wheels and saves my back compared to a backpack. It fits perfectly under the seat in front of me.PS: very well made
