Great book
I love the step by step direction and also the fact that you offer the QR code so that we can make sure we are doing g the exercises correctly. The introduction to Pilates in the beginning of the books gives me a better understanding of Pilates and how to breathe. You did an amazing job with the pictures and description of each exercise. Another great addition is the cook book that’s is included. I loooovvvvveeeeee me a good recipe and I like the recipes you included. Overall 5 STARS.

Buy this it’s a great workout
When I first got this paperback Pilates book, I wasn’t very excited but when I started doing the exercises, oh my goodness they really work. It’s a great workout.

Great for sahm or homebodies!
I just wrapped up week 1 of the 28 day program and I am very pleased with this book. Pilates is a great alternative to HIIT workouts, its very easy of the body but still challenging. I haven't spent much time reading the moves because I was more interested in starting the program. As I said its great, I did find myself very sore after the lower body portion. Thankfully however the following workout gave my lower body a break. Combining this book with healthier diet and cardio on my days off I am pretty excited to see my results. Great for stay at home moms or homebodies who'd rather shape up at home! Oh and the video links showing you how to do the movements are great.

Good for seniors
Work is good and not to hard on the older person. I’m 70 and overweight. I’ve started work out with a senior work out group on Tuesday. I bought this book so I could workout at home also. I’ve notes my muscles are firming up. I like the excises in this book.
